She offers Childbirth Education using the Lamaze method accompanied by hypnosis methods. She worked as a birth doula for 17 years. She has experience with teens, mothers over 40, families conceiving with ART and IVF, VBAC, home births, birth centers, multiples, adoption, special needs babies, postpartum mood disorders, breastfeeding, high risk, single parents, cesarean birth, survivors of violent and sexual abuse, and surrogacy.
She offers cloth diapering education, baby wearing education, baby sign language education, reduced rates for military members/spouses, reduced rates for women considering adoption, and sibling support (for your older children at the birth).
Her certifications are Birth Doula with DONA International and as a Lamaze Childbirth Educator. She previously was certified as a Hypnobabies Instructor and Doula. She is currently not practicing as a birth doula. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and currently studying for the NCLEX licensure exam. After licensure, she will work as a cardiac PCU nurse at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She is crazy about her amazing husband. She has the cutest five kids on the planet. She loves to be busy. She cooks really good Asian food, and most of the time she is her jammies until noon.
